Salter Grange is seeking a Commercial Manager to join one of Europe’s leading specialist contractors, taking charge of high-profile European Data Centre projects.

Commercial Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review the commercial performance of projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of CCS reporting.
- Drive projects to deliver the best value solutions, on time and within budget.
- Manage the commercial control of your allocated division.
- Lead the collation, review, and management of actions arising from monthly cost reviews.
- Support and develop your commercial team, fostering continuous improvement and technical growth.
- Ensure projects are closed out to the company’s best commercial advantage.
- Regularly review and improve business processes and working practices.
Commercial Lead Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Ideally, MEP/CSA Package experience working with a Main Contractor or recognisable specialist engineering contractor
- 8+ years of experience in a Commercial Manager role, ideally on large, fast-paced projects.
- Mission-critical project experience is desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience in leading and managing commercial teams.
