The Company & Role:
A leading international company specializing in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Rail, Electricity, Energy, and Power services is looking for a Commercial Manager. This role is based in Northern Ireland and will also provide support to the ROI office when required.
As a Commercial Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Commercial. You will be responsible for all commercial functions of each of the projects undertaken whilst maintaining effective relationships with clients and with the management team.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage all commercial functions from contract interpretation to final accounts.
- Improve and implement best practices in commercial processes and budgeting.
- Prepare and submit accurate client applications in line with contract terms.
- Identify and price variations, providing accurate forecasting and risk assessments.
- Oversee procurement processes for timely delivery of materials and subcontractors.
- Manage profit and loss accounts and ensure robust cost control procedures.
- Support the Operations Team with productivity reviews and issue resolutions.
- Update electronic systems and maintain accurate records.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a similar commercial role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
- A solid understanding of project governance and control.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills.
