Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations
- Oversee sub-contractors, track progress, and hold weekly meetings
- Report labor hours for tracking
- Attend various site and project meetings
- Help close out project items with the project manager’s support
- Contribute to weekly progress reports
- Review and highlight issues in progress reports
- Record weekly safety stats and labor projections
- Hold weekly commercial meetings to track costs and variations
- Develop and implement procedures with package managers
Electrical Construction Manager Requirements:
- Trade background with 5-7 years of experience in large projects
- Proven record in managing large installation projects
- Experience in design and build
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
