A highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors, is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Project Manager for a high-profile Data Centre project in Frankfurt.
Ideally, candidates will have boast experience working as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Management of all day-to-day site operations
- Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meetings with subcontractors.
- Ensure direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to time administrator for tracking centrally.
- Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
- Assistance with the close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan – all with the support of the site project manager
- Ensure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from project supervisors report.
- Review the weekly progress report before it is issued to all stakeholders. Highlight areas not available, delays, design issues and third-party delays.
- Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan – all with the Support of your Project team.
- Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections.
- Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client.
- Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers
Electrical Project Manager Requirements:
- A trade background and 3 – 7 years previous experience managing large installation projects and sub-contractors.
- In depth knowledge of Health, Safety and Quality compliance
- Experienced in design and build
- Excellent technical knowledge of Electrical systems
- Ability to work well within strict deadlines
