Your Role as Electrical Supervisor:
- Oversee sub-contractor activities, ensuring schedules and manpower targets are met.
- Assign tasks in line with construction schedules and ensure top-tier productivity.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain a detailed project photographic diary.
- Lead coordination and handover meetings with teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and overall personnel productivity.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with quality codes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure flawless electrical installations.
- Liaise with engineering teams to meet project standards and timelines.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A trade background or degree qualification with 3–7 years of experience supervising large installation crews and subcontractors.
- A proven track record in managing large-scale electrical installation projects.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems.
- The ability to lead and drive results in a dynamic environment.
