One of Ireland’s leading developers that is dedicated to crafting outstanding developments and committed to innovation and best practices is currently seeking an M&E Supervisor to join its team in Dublin.
As an M&E Supervisor, you will report directly to the Building Services Manager and work collaboratively with the MEP department and site team to oversee the design and installation of MEP services on pioneering residential developments in the Greater Dublin Area.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Continuous monitoring of the quality of installation for M&E systems over various projects, during the various stages of the build process.
- Implementation and further development of M&E quality systems being incorporated.
- Supervision of M&E sub-contractors onsite in conjunction with the site teams, ensuring quality expectations are achieved and the construction programme is being met.
- Support the site construction management teams in the management of on-site M&E installations and assist with onsite problem-solving .
- Active coordination and management of project design teams as required.
- Inspection and recording of sub-contractor’s quality documentation, and carrying out quality audits across several live projects.
- Support the company’s innovation process by implementing best-in-class mechanical & electrical systems, products, and installation processes.
- Support internal aftercare function with troubleshooting.
- Provide support to sites by assisting in the management and coordination of Public Utility providers and local authorities.
What You’ll Need
- A formal trade qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- Further education in M&E Engineering is a plus but not essential.
- 5+ years experience in similar role on large and dynamic construction projects.
- A desire to continuously improve installation quality and procedures.
- Experience in PM software platforms.
- A team player, who is organised, self-motivated, and can work on their own initiative.
- Strong relationship builder and communicator.
- Focus on deadlines and commitment to programme delivery.
- Willingness to travel between sites.
