We are currently on the lookout for a strong MEP Manager for a growing main contractor to work on a £60m project. This is a fantastic opportunity for an MEP Manager to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, working on a 4 star hotel in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of M&E services, QA & Handover management, and site operations.
- Coordinate design, procurement, and installation of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Review technical documentation and manage contractor submissions.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timeline and quality.
- Chair meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
- Implement QA/QC systems and ensure safety protocols.
- Manage resources and track progress.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant NVQ or HNC/Degree in engineering, SMSTS, CSCS
- Proven management experience with a tier 2 contractor or sub contractor
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Technical expertise in MEP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, BIM, and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities
