Project Manager- Interiors
A leading multi-disciplined main contractor and interior specialist requires an experienced Project Manager to help deliver multiple schemes across London & the UK. You will be managing up 2/3 projects at any 1 time.
You will be reporting to the director who has a strong relationship with clients and will be able to support you.
Project values will range from £1m-£5m and you will need to travel outside of London a few times a month.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the project contractually and managing the overall delivery
· Management of project teams across the different projects.
· Resourcing strong teams to deliver operationally.
· Liaising closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on target with budget.
· Regular progress meetings with clients and internal teams.
· Hands-on management approach to delivering the project.
· Management of all stakeholders across the projects and within the business.
Requirements:
· Have lead multiple projects in the region of £5m+ as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
· Strong communication and proven leadership qualities.
· Main contractor or Fitout contractor Experience.
· At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager or above.
· Strong ambition to develop career further.
