As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of an experienced Project Controls team at Group Level across all projects, and will also work closely with the Business Units Senior Management & Commercial Teams. The role is based in Dublin, with occasional site visits across Europe.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with the central project controls team to review commercial reports.
- Assist with monthly commercial reporting and operational reviews for selected projects.
- Ensure cost control, risk management, and accurate reporting in line with company policies.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities and liaise with project teams to address them.
- Support quarterly revenue and margin forecasting processes.
- Contribute to upskilling team members in commercial reporting.
- Provide input on group reporting for monthly and annual cycles.
What You’ll Need
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and SAP is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
