The position:
Salter Grange is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee a £138 million commercial workplace fit-out project in the City of London.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a prestigious project that will redefine commercial workspaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate technical services aspects of the £138 million commercial workplace fit-out project
- Ensure the successful integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure technical specifications are met
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of technical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing technical services for large-scale fit-out projects, particularly in the commercial sector
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration in commercial fit-outs
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
