**Key Responsibilities of the Commissioning Manager:**
– Lead and oversee all commissioning activities on-site, ensuring effective planning, management, and project closure.

– Supervise the commissioning tagging process, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
– Provide insightful progress reports regularly for both internal and external stakeholders.
– Facilitate and lead weekly commissioning meetings, guiding project progress and activities.
– Conduct daily whiteboard meetings focused on commissioning to keep the team aligned.
– Attend weekly commissioning meetings with the main contractor and clients, delivering updates on progress.
– Collaborate closely with project planners to develop a comprehensive project commissioning schedule.
– Ensure precise tracking of the testing and commissioning workforce using daily Labor Allocation Tracker sheets.
**What We Seek in a Commissioning Manager:**
– At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
– Relevant technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields, or industry-recognized certifications.
– Proven experience working with a well-respected MEP contractor.
