Salter Grange is currently recruiting a CSA Construction Manager to support a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, UK and mainland Europe.
Well known for successfully delivering projects in various sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Waste to Energy, Commercial, and Petrochemical industries they are specifically looking for an experienced CSA Construction Manager with a proven track record in Data Centre projects to assist with projects in the UK.
The successful CSA Construction Manager will work in a high-performing Engineering Team in London and will support projects across various locations.
CSA Construction Manager Responsibilities
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance (QA) System and conducting project reviews
- Providing technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, marketing, and project bid teams
- Collaborating closely with project teams to determine project requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions
- Establishing and agreeing upon design processes and deliverables
- Leading pre-construction engineering activities, including the production of essential information such as design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, and sub-contract
- Offering off-site technical support to construction teams on projects, which may require occasional site visits.
CSA Construction Manager requirements:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience
- Proactive nature with a strong ability to work independently
- Proficiency in creating method statements and risk assessments
- Experience in managing and interacting with clients, vendors, and contractors
- A proven track record in coordinating and managing large-scale projects.
