As Design Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving design excellence, ensuring seamless coordination between architects, consultants, and construction teams. From pre-construction through to completion, you’ll have the chance to shape landmark schemes that transform urban living.
About the project:
– RC frames, steel structures, and modular elements
– Brickwork cladding and curtain walling
– BREEAM certification, low-carbon materials, energy-efficient MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems
– Building Services: Smart HVAC, renewable energy integration
– £25mil in total value cut and carve
– Fit out stage at present
What We’re Looking For:
– Experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry (main contractor or developer).
– Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes.
– Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage consultants and stakeholders
– Passion for high-quality design and construction.
– Architectural / Engineering academic background
