Salter Grange is seeking a dynamic Design Manager to join the team on a £138 million commercial workspace fit-out project, with a robust pipeline of future projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the design management team on a £138 million commercial workspace fit-out project and future projects
- Oversee the design process, ensuring all project requirements are met within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realised
Requirements:
- Proven experience in large-scale fit-out projects, particularly in the commercial workspace sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in design software and tools
- A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred
