Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing tenders for large-scale design & build projects
- Liaising closely with pre-construction, planning, and operations teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment
- A strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Experience working on industrial, logistics, or similar large-scale projects (preferred)
