Health & Safety Manager – High-Rise Construction | East London
Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager looking for a new opportunity with a leading contractor? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee health, safety, and compliance on a major high-rise landmark project in East London.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage H&S policies and procedures across the project.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct site audits,inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
- Work closely with project teams to drive a strong safety culture.
- Provide H&S training and support to site staff and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager in high-rise construction (20 storeys+).
- Experience in student accommodation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and UK H&S laws.
- Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
- Experience working on £50mil projects +
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
