MEP Technical Services Manager
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Project: c.£30m Warehousing and Logistics Park
Salter Grange is recruiting for an experienced and dynamic MEP Technical Services Manager for an exciting warehousing and logistics park project in Hatfield. This is a fantastic opportunity within a main contractor to lead and manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of a high-value project, ensuring the successful delivery of all technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for the project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction phase
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in MEP management, preferably in warehousing or logistics park construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
