Preconstruction and Technical Manager
Location: Manchester or Liverpool

Salter Grange are leading the recruitment for a Preconstruction and Technical Manager position for a developer focusing on high-rise student accommodation projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the preconstruction phase for high-rise student accommodation projects
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering
- Oversee technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in preconstruction and technical management, preferably in high-rise construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
