Project Manager
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join a leading industrial and logistics construction company. The successful candidate will take ownership and lead the planning and successful delivery of projects valued between £20-£40 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and successful delivery of projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client team throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the planning and organization of the site to control all aspects of SHEQ, ER compliance, HSE, and CDM compliance
- Ensure all works are delivered on time, to the highest quality, and with a strong focus on health and safety
- Set a culture of collaboration and innovation, leading the team in a positive manner
- Provide overall control, management, ownership, and full responsibility for the delivery of projects
- Maintain good client relationships to promote repeat business and collaboration
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably for industrial or logistics unit new builds
- Strong knowledge of SHEQ, ER compliance, HSE, and CDM regulations
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with construction regulations and standards
