As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing every stage of the project, from demolition to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with a dedicated and collaborative team, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality, and fostering excellent relationships with stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Proven track record managing residential projects from demolition through to completion.
- Qualifications: SMSTS and NVQ Level 6 in construction management are essential.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
