Quantity Surveyor

Salter Grange is currently recruiting for a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contract that delivers luxury property projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for a range of luxury property projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Manage project finances, including procurement, valuations, and cost control
- Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or a CSA Commercial Manager, preferably in the luxury property sector
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (eg; MS Office, CostX, Bluebeam)
