Senior Project Manager

Salter Grange are partnered with a Tier 1 developer who specialise in creating exceptional living spaces with top-notch amenities. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of amenities such as bars, restaurants, swimming pools, and more, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met
- Manage the design, planning, and execution of amenities, including bars, restaurants, swimming pools, and other facilities
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing resources effectively
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in delivering amenities for residential new build schemes
- Strong background in managing projects from concept to completion, including bars, restaurants, swimming pools, etc
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
