we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile project in central Dublin.
If you’re an experienced construction leader with a proven track record in managing complex commercial or mixed-use developments from pre-construction through to handover—this is a rare opportunity to work on landmark builds with a contractor known for quality and innovation.
Role:
- Leading the full project life cycle, ensuring programme, quality, and commercial targets are met
- Managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborating with design, commercial, and planning teams to achieve successful outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years’ experience in main contracting, including senior-level PM or Contracts Manager roles
- Background in complex, design-led commercial or mixed-use projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of Irish building regulations
- Degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience
