Senior Quality Assurance Manager – East London

An award-winning developer behind some of Europe’s most ambitious urban regeneration schemes is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality across major residential and mixed-use developments.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone passionate about construction excellence and digital innovation, with the opportunity to shape the delivery of landmark projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Construction Build Quality Management system across multiple sites.
- Oversee implementation and training on Sablono, the digital QA/project tool.
- Conduct regular site audits and produce performance reports for senior leadership.
- Monitor post-handover performance, identify root causes of defects, and drive preventative solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and support ongoing accreditation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in construction management with a strong focus on QA.
- Sound knowledge of UK building regs, QA systems, and site operations.
- NVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualification in construction.
- Detail-driven, tech and IT savvy, and confident influencing teams at all levels.
