Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer – SW London
A leading 5-star residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major project in SW London. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-respected business with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality homes across the UK.
About the Role:
You’ll take ownership of Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting and manage key residential packages from procurement through to final account. Working closely with site, technical, and commercial teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring commercial performance and delivering value across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing CVRs
- Procuring and overseeing subcontract packages
- Contract administration and cost control
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure commercial targets are met
- Supporting overall project delivery from a commercial standpoint
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential development sector (minimum 5-7 years).
- Strong knowledge of Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and package management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Must be based locally to New Malden or nearby areas
- Ability to work proactively within a high-performing team
