Site Manager – Amenity Projects
Location: Poplar, London
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Salter Grange are leading the recruitment for a Site Manager to oversee residential amenity projects including swimming pools and gyms, for a main contractor based in Poplar.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on amenity projects such as gyms and swimming pools
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
