An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join one of London’s most respected and design-led residential developers on a landmark, multi-phased project in Acton.
You will play a key role in its continued success, specifically focusing on structural and remediation packages. With construction well underway, your technical expertise and site-based experience will be critical in ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding quality.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of structural and remediation packages across multiple phases
- Bridge design intent with on-site delivery, resolving technical challenges promptly
- Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate delivery
- Act as a key point of contact on-site in Acton, contributing to design reviews and progress meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar) in large-scale residential developments
- Strong understanding of structures and remediation
- Site knowledge and ability to manage technical issues in a live construction environment
- Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
- Previous experience using Asite
