Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (Hybrid Working Available)

Salter Grange are currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the design of two significant new build, high rise, residential projects for a Tier 1 Developer. The first project is a 311-unit residential scheme which is nearing completion, and the second is a 450-unit block currently at the planning stage. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban living.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for both residential projects
- Ensure all design work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and practical design solutions
- Oversee the completion of the 311-unit scheme and transition to the 450-unit high-rise project
- Ensure adherence to Gateway 2 requirements and other relevant regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading the design for residential new build construction projects from either a Developer or Main Contractor
- Exposure to Gateway 2 processes is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
